Horrible/non-existent customer service Unreliable dniesen says: I started with Teliax almost two years ago and initially had great luck. It took a while to get all of our devices doing exactly what we wanted but we were doing some complex tasks. In the beginning, the customer service was excellent in helping us out. That ended there.I am actually cancelling them as I write this as they have simply stopped returning support calls and emails. My home phone has not been able to receive incoming calls for over a week and the one response I received sent me a url to voip-info.org for a device I didn't have (yes, I did specify which device I was using in the original ticket). Since then repeated calls and emails are going unanswered.They've had some major uptime issues, I get calls dropping consistently after 20 minutes, their billing software and are moving their customers to a "beta" portal. The list goes on.Avoid them at all costs. |
