Caller ID name doen't come through. I am using a Talkswitch PBX and have no issues with the service quality except for the Caller ID issue. Babytel Support has been trying to help but I don't think they know how to fix this.
No! Talkswitch said I had to talk to the provider, the provider (Babytel) said they were passing on everything that they were getting from their provider and it seems like it never ends.Since this last post I have moved on to Vitelity and they do provide CNAM lookups so now I'm getting caller ID numbers and names to show.I am only having one issue withe Vitelity, there isn't any documentation on how to setup outgoing trunks on a Talkswitch. Plenty of info on Asterix and others but not Talkswitch. I have the incoming working great but the out bound is still not registering.
