Porting number over

Does anybody know which VOIP providers offer good rate on unlimited incoming calls with porting the home phone number over?I am using VOIPVOIP and they have pay as you go outbound calls and unlimited inbound calls with porting over the number with $6.99/month.Please let me know if you have any ideas,Thanks,Richard
