Pros: 0
Cons: Dialing local, you have to dial like long distance. Cannot use local access for international phone card.

My phone has been out of service for about one week.

The person at VoPcon are not professional.

If you complain, you immediately become their enemy and the service become worse.

I am very regret of having purchased their service and right now I am requesting a refund and would have difficulty in dealing with those people in this matter.

VOIP Service

Pros: Good quality compares to other major players available. Price decent, good tech support throughout setup process.
Cons: No yearly subscription for even lower price break.
