Finally, a provider that works!

Pros: Call quality You can can use a variety of IP phones. Great support.
Cons: none so far

I've tried Packe8 (disaster) and Vocalocity (nice people, totally unreliable service). Now, I believe ThinkBright might be the answer. Great customer service, easy set up, no hidden fees.....and so far it works like VoIP is supposed to work.

Pros:

Excellent Technical support when needed.  Fast in setup, Prices are excellent. Allows businesses to consolidate multiple companies each with seperate auto attendants all under one account

I have a chain of restaurants in the new york area.  thinkbright helped me consolidate all my locations under one bill.  now if someone calls they dont have to hang up, i can simply transfer them to another location extension to extension.  I am paying also a fraction of what i was paying before. When i called in initially for questions the agent really knew his stuff and helped me every inch along the way.

Pros: Fast setup. Great knowledge of VOIP. Even when problem was related to my ISP they helped me out and gave me out.
Cons: Make sure not to run BearShare with VOIP, but thats my fault :)
