Great Service... Customer Service is okay.

Pros: Quality voice. Great features and unique services. 24/7 customer services.
Cons: Customer service for support is best when called. Wait time before support is around 30 minutes.

I have used this service for around 1 month. So far, the service was quality. I also like the different features provided by the service. Customer service center is open 24/7.
