The main differences between residential and business lines are the service address. Additionally, business lines qualify for an auto-attendant, on-hold music and toll free numbers. Each Business line is allowed 4,000 long distance minutes within the continental US. If a business consistently exceeds 4,000 long distance minutes, Phone Power may notify the business and bill for excess minutes on a per minute basis.
