-Features- 1.8% (7 votes)
-E911 (enhanced 911)- 10% (38 votes)
-Battery backup- 1.3% (5 votes)
-Equipment selection (like routers or Wifi phones)- 2.1% (8 votes)
-Keeping your phone number- 10.3% (39 votes)
-Free long distance- 6.9% (26 votes)
-Low international calling rates- 17.4% (66 votes)
-Sound quality- 19.5% (74 votes)
-Customer service- 3.3% (12 votes)
When choosing a VoIP service provider price was most important followed by sound quality, low international calling rates, number portability, and E911.
