Hi everyone. Everyone who has put their input into the bad business of Zingotel is absolutely correct. I tried to call them,email them, put in trouble tickets and no reponse for the past 2 months. Found out what happened from all the forum topics. So my problem is that I can call out, but my home phone number has been cancel and is not in operating services. I'm tired of their bull and I've faxed them a cancellation notice. Just today I have cancelled my credit card so they can't recharge me. You'll have to do that so they can't charge your card anymore. I'm glad I'm done with them and I'll move on to another company for VOIP phone services. There are a lot of them out there.
