You are lucky that your service works as promised. Though if I had to wager, I would say you are most likely an employee. Either way, this company oversells and even when you have done your homework and determined that you are in the coverage area you are not always going to get favorable results. An ISP does not recieve all this bad PR by coincidence. A quality service provider does not lock customers into contracts. This is the art of thievery.
