I've had the worst possible experience with Aptela on Service Provisioning & Billing.
Sales agent agreed to a rack rate with me I was getting bills way over the agreed rates. I've had to spend several hours with their billing team to get this resolved.
How can they do this EVERY billing cycle?

Recently they disconnected my service without even giving me any notice. This is the worst possible thing they could do to a small business. They said they were researching the charges & in the interim disconnected service!!! Stephanie, the 'Finance Manager' said their Terms of Service states that they can discontinue service at any time without giving notice.

But they don't show you a contract or share the terms of service when you signup.
Since they don't share a contract or the terms of service with you upfront you have no idea of what you are getting into.

Speaking about quality of service, it took them several days to get a Polycom phone to work!
