Vonage in trouble?

stoopify: vonage: company's crumbling down due to a coroprate lawsuit filed by verizon. nope, not stable enough. i wouldnt go with their services if i were you. Uh oh!! I just signed up with vonage!! I had no idea they were in trouble. I did just see a headline on pcworld.com saying something about vonage getting a break in the lawsuit. I just popped into this website looking for reviews of the phone I ordered along with my vonage service. I'm looking to tell ATT/SBC to shove off. I want to get rid of my traditional landline phone altogether. I don't mind paying a monthly fee for calls if I can tell ATT to take a hike. I don't really want to make/take calls using my laptop all the time; I'd rather have something that works mostly like a traditional phone, only cheaper. Suggestions??
