Vocalocity registration issue with polycom IP 330 phone
I am having issues with my polycom ip 330 voip phone. please find the below issues and attached document with clear screenshots.
1. Though network and power are perfect but I am not able to make any calls. When I dial any number, I see the error "URL call is disabled" on Display.
2. When I try to troubleshoot by enabling the DHCP or checking the SIP server settings, in the advanced tab I am not able to find network options. I am finding only the below options.
3. Though I have reset the phone by rebooting it and pressing 1,3,5,7 and giving MAC address as password the settings are not getting saved and even I do a fresh configuration of settings I am getting the below error. Please find the booting process.
I am using Vocalocity as VoIP service provider. Please find the attachment for screenshots.

If a Polycom IP phone is displaying "URL call is disabled," this means that the phone was not able to register with the softswitch. Please make sure there is an active internet connection on the network, also making sure the cable and internet jack are all working correctly. You can plug a computer into the internet jack to ensure it has internet connectivity. Once this has been verified, you may need to contact your IT department to ensure that there have been no internet connection issues, or just simple reboot your internet router.
On some occasions, the phone will lose its configuration file information and will need to be rest and provisioned.
First reboot the phone and follow the instructions below as the phone comes back online.
Press and hold “1 3 5 7” at the same time while the phone is counting down until it boots up and then enter password 456 (phone will automatically reboot)
