Is there a VOIP company that allows a caller to dial another extension while listening to voicemail message?

Does any VOIP provider offer the feature so that when a customer calls and is listening to voicemail can they dial another extension? This is really important to us, because we like to have voicemails that say press 0 for the operator so that if one of us are away from our desk our customers can still get to a real person. We are currently testing out Vocalocity, which doesn't offer this feature, and are eager to move a company that does have this feature. Thank you for any help you can provide.
