We have been using NetTalk for two years now. We starting havinga few problems recently; delays, dropouts. We trying calling customer service for three days and had to wait two hours to try and talk to someone. Whe we finally reached a live person, he told us our adapter needed to be updated. This seem to help some. But, we are still having some problems and will not go through the pain of trying to reach customer service. So, we will try another VIOP provider with better customer service.
