I just tested my VoIP speed and it comes in at 1.69 Mbps down and 195 Kbps up with 95% QOS and 61ms max pause. However, I would like to mention that this test was done while I was in a VoIP call so it no doubt affected the speed. :) What is your Internet connection speed?
