I got Magic Jack it worked ok at first. Then started to have problems of it starting & stopping on it's own. So it chated with the tech's they sent me up to a supervisor did lots of stuff it did not correct problem. Then it got worse!! it would not even send info to register it on line. They sent me new jack that I paid for & they said they would refund me if I sent it back in 2 weeks ok so I did. well long storie short I spent 20 plus hrs in chat could not fix sent it all back. they would not refund even thou they said they would the 5yr that I gave them nor will they refund the money that was inmy acct for lond dist calling outside US. They got me for about $150. even thou thy said they would refund the money they would not. Lesson learned do not buy ANYTHING that sounds good if they do not really honor what they say. Good luck hope your experience is better than mine when it comes to it not working.
