how do I fix my high jitter. I have Charter Communications 3 meg service I noticed that on this site my download is very low it is usually around 1.6-2 meg download my score is jitter---------------16.1ms download speed----922 upload speed -------244 QOS-----------------95% packet loss------------0% Mos score--------------3.8 Round trip--------------51ms Max pause--------------57ms
