Hardware Trouble
Wed, 04/30/2008 - 02:46
I recently purchase an Avaya Ip Office for my business a year ago and switched my line to voip via primus. I do not seem to have too much trouble with my voip lines but my hardware is a total disaster. I spent close to $100,000 on this equipment and all I do each day is rebooting my system.
I had a call center in India that I spent over $250,000 to built and now I had to shut it down. Anyone with any help out there would be an asset.
I was told analog line does not work well with ip system so I change all my lines to voip. I was told that the server running my pbx was not good so I change that. What is most annoying is when I call my office it just rings and rings but no one answer. But people in the office can't hear the calls ring in.
