Going out of business or WHAT?
What is going on up there in Grand Rapids? I can’t BELIEVE that the problem that started last week where I couldn’t make outbound calls has now turned to not being able to RECEIVE ANY calls.
This is HORRIBLE! I have 2 numbers with BBtelsys: one(which I ported over from SBC/AT&T), and second number is also where my wife receives calls for her small home business.
I may just have to port these numbers elsewhere, but I have 3 years paid in advance and don't think I expire until 2010? It’s as they are going out of business, but my brother-in-law (who I turned onto bbtelsys) is having no problems, although he’s been dissatisfied with the reliability of the service (mostly due to his cable broadband service).
Being an IT consultant, I also have referred quite a few SOHO clients. No one has called me about any issues, but I hope they just forgot who told them about this service. I’m afraid to call and ask if their service is out too.
Anyone know the truth, and not the same line I’ve been hearing all week “issues with our downstream carrier”? That’s just unacceptable.
