We permit thoughtfulness
Please take some pride and effort when entering your posts. Try to make things clear and concise for all readers as best you can.

Relevancy
Please attempt to place your posts in the most relevant category. Please avoid entering posts that would better fit our reviews section (i.e. posts that are simply complaints or compliments about the provider). If possible, avoid entering posts concerning separate topics. We will determine which category is most appropriate for each post.

Concerning advertising
Any threads or posts which contain referrals or advertisements will be deleted if not posted in the appropriate category within the "Advertising" section.

We do not permit spam
All forms of spam are not permitted on our website.

We do not permit Ill-tempered or Ill-mannered comments
Please refrain from anger-filled and emotion-ridden remarks. Discuss topics and providers in a clear, concise, and respectful manner. Crude, lewd, and/or crass speech will not be permitted.

No provider complaints or reviews in forum
If you wish to simply criticize or praise a provider, please do so within that specific provider's section for reviews, instead of making a post in our forums. We encourage you to keep your frustrations under control and to avoid emotionalism so as to deliver as constructive and informative a review as possible.

We encourage posting by VoIP Providers
If you are a VoIP Provider, we encourage you to participate in our forums. You must use your company name so users of our site will know that you are an actual provider. No hyperlinks to outside sites are allowed.

We do not permit direct download links
We do not allow posting of any links which automatically download data.

We do not permit public posting of email addresses or phone numbers
We do not allow posting of email addresses. At the discretion of VoipReview, any sending of email addresses or phone numbers must be sent privately and not be visible in the forums.

Please accept any editing or deletion of posts
If you have a complaint or concern regarding editing of your posts, please do not enter your grievance publicly, but rather, contact us by leaving a post in the “Grievances” forum.

We encourage informers
If you notice any rule infractions or something wrong with the site, use our contact form.
