Customer Service has disappeared
Webacall is a new entry in the field of VoIP. It offers only pay-as-you-go plans, including "calling card" plans. Although their per-minute pricing is not the absolute best, their per-second billing compensates for that. Right now, their customer service is their downfall. My initial experience with them was quite positive. More recently, however, I cannot access my account information and I can no longer place calls to cell phones (despite having money on account). There is no customer service phone number, and they are not responding to my emails. This is a deal-breaker as far as I am concerned, and although I previously would have recommended this company highly, it is now on my "stay away" list!
