Digium IP Phones Now Available

Digium has released its three new IP phones designed for Asterisk PBX systems. The three phones are the D70, D50, and D40; an executive-level HD phone, a mid-level HD phone, and an entry-level phone, respectively.

NSA develops secure VoIP system

The NSA has developed its own encrypted VoIP protocol using Google's Android operating system. The phones, designed for US government staff, are password protected and use certificates to authenticate other handsets.
