The catch, however, is that you must be a T-Mobile cell service customer in order to be eligible for T-Mobile@Home digital phone VoIP service. On the surface, T-Mobile offering VoIP service at such a low price seems like a steal, but if you were to end up subscribing to their digital phone service, you would end up shelling out more cash than you originally thought.
