Sipgate a.w.o.l.?

Has Sipgate gone out of business? It has now been out of action and all its websites unreachable since Monday Oct 23. There was also a period of 3 or more days from Oct 9 when it was also unobtainable but then it resurfaced (no explanation given to users). No replies to e-mails to customer support. I'd be grateful to anyone with news of Sipgate or its German parent company, Indigo Networks. Mike
