It would be helpful if you would mention what: 1. company you switched with that you did like. 2. features you were missing that you wanted 3. was your download and upload speed (256/128, 1.5M/320K, etc.) 4. was your connection type (DSL. T1, T3, Cable, etc.) Everything listed above is a factor and helps others (as well as yourself) in making the right decisions. luisp

It is very important when providing reviews that you include all of the things you mentioned above. I also think you should include the price you were paying for the service as well in that list.
