It would be helpful if you would mention what: 1. company you switched with that you did like. 2. features you were missing that you wanted 3. was your download and upload speed (256/128, 1.5M/320K, etc.) 4. was your connection type (DSL. T1, T3, Cable, etc.) Everything listed above is a factor and helps others (as well as yourself) in making the right decisions. luisp
