We have been very unhappy with the service provided by Cordia for the following reasons. 1. They never told us that one could not send faxes 2. About your post...
1. Did they ever tell you that you COULD send faxes? I never saw anything about faxing on their site (and same for most providers....although some might say they can support it...but don't guarantee it'll work)
2. When you are talking you shouldn't be able to hear the other person anyway, because they should be listening. J/K, I know what you mean. Did you call tech support?
3. Why would you order two routers? And if you did, I'd assume you returned one? It might have been a good idea to call Cordia before buying the router, just to make sure they could work with it.
4. Does your power go off often? And voip service usually goes out entirely when the power goes off, naturally. What needed to be 're-installed'? I have Cordia and never 'installed' anything. What did you mean, exactly?
5. I've experienced this same thing every now and again, but it would always connect the second or third time, I've probably only lost about 15 seconds total of my life because of it. Did you call tech support about this problem too?
They are working well for me, thankfully. Hope that they start to work well for you!
