I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We add hundreds of customers a month and an occassional mistake on orders happens. In this case our sales person was mistaken - orders get charged prior to activation, without exception. This is no different than any other product or service. He or she may have erred because we have a new order entry system where the entire process is fully automated including the initial charge.

You rated the service 1 for voice quality and reliability, but your post indicates that you never actually used the service. Is this correct?
