I just want to be clear that i'm an employee of Jive Communications and i'm not here to bash Centric Voice but the fact is we have had several of their clients call us needing a solution and we have provided that for them. We are happy to provide a great service at a great price for everyone that is looking for it. If you have any questions...ask. Brian

I am one of these former Centric customers that called Jive. Jive did for my business in one day what Centric (and ONIT before that) couldn't figure out how to do in five months. After we signed up with ONIT, the lines of communication were severed. After weeks of pleading with them for help, for one day they tried to help and couldn't solve the problem and I never heard from them again. After Centric acquired ONIT, they really tried to fix the problems. However, after almost two months I decided it was enough. I hate to put this on Centric, as everyone I spoke to there seemed genuinely concerned and tried to help. However, they just couldn't figure it out. So, I called Jive and was very skeptical when they started telling me what I was asking for was really simple (the same thing I had been told by ONIT and Centric). However, I decided to give VoIP one last try and signed up with Jive. Like I said, on the very fist day of service the phones were working like a charm.
