Stop the madness

I think it highly irregular to take the time to slam a company because they don't run superbowl adds.

How many people have done business with AT&T and got hammered by a phone bill???? everyone is the answer.

We live in a time where AT&T is Guaranteed a 15% profit margin becuase they are a Utility. How many of the small business's are gauranteed that? None to be exact yet companies like CentricVoice do it everyday. They have had fewer outages than any of the larger carriers from my research, and a quick litmist test is Google, there is page after page of some kind of outage from the major phone companies, yet a smaller company has an outage and it's the end of the world.

Everyone is entitled to there opinion but I'm writing there managment, and letting them know they have our companies support.
