I have been dealing with on going issues left and right with the digital equipment, moreso that Tier 3 had sent me another device deeming my first device as faulty. The second device that I received did the exact same thing. I have at this point spent hours upon hours on the phone talking to 15 people. Tier 1 Tier 2 and Tier 3. I then one day called in as my last call so far and talked to a guy named Derrick from Tier 1 and I was very pleased with him as he was the only person out of everyone I talked to that was the most helpful. He went into settings on my Smart that not even Tier 2 or Tier 3 went into and did a certain setup on my device that now resolved my issues with it and works great. I managed to catch this guys name (Derrick) and "his" what I think is ID number 6729. If you have any needs for technical information I insist you talk to this guy as he is the only one that knows what he is doing. I just hope he stays their as I am a Independent Rep for the company and he makes everything look alot better. Believe me from my point their is hope with this guy. Rob
