Hello all, I've got a serious issue with a Swissvoice IP10s phone. When a second line comes in, you hear a beep ( which is ok in my opinion ), but the beep is sp loud that the other side of the conversation is not heard anymore. Someone here knows how to fix it? Might be able to turn off the signaling in the IP10s but not sure, the documentation on the swissvoice website never mentions it. Thanks in advance, Nick Oldenhuis

Hi Nick. I'm sure someone else is more knowledgeable about it all and may be better able to help you. But I had the same sort of problem, so I did as you mentioned and turned off the call waiting option. I don't like to answer calls while I'm already on one anyway (mainly because I don't like being put on hold when someone else gets a call while we're talking), so I just have the incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Anyone else out there have some input?
