Incoming call problems?

Not yet, still trying to see if its the Internet Providers fault...and it appears to be leaning that way at the moment. We suspect the internet company makes it difficult to use voip providers since they themselves offer a voip plan....Time will tell. I hope that isn't the case though. I am looking into possibly switching to another inexpensive provider anyway.
