we are very sorry for your problems with international calls.
This is mainly due to the fact tthat we reply on 3 parties to finish our calls internationaly.
However due to many requests we have switched providers in Colombia and Brazil and we have now a better quality as well as ring back tone (that was missing with the first provider)
