Worst company I have ever worked with... I've been dealing with voip providers for years. 3 months of trying to get an asterisk system to work with a sip account??? I am come on! Needless to say I would recommend staying FAR away unless you love dealing with frustration and incompetence.

Thu, 05/15/2008 - 14:56 — ArchivesI signed up with them on Dec/2006. I received my VOIP box but my telephone number never got ported over to them. They blamed it on Verizon who owns the account. After three months of waiting, I swithced over to VIATALK and I was ported over to VIATALK in less then two weeks. Maybe VIATALK has some pull in Verizon. The bad thing is I still didn't get my refund back. They wanted to charge me for the three months that I had service with them even with out my number being ported. I am disputing this with my credit card company.

BBTelsys was apparently bought out, hopefully the change is for the better. How has Viatalk been working for you? I've been having a little trouble here and there with their service.
