great company
Anonymous says: I have used USLEC for the past 3 years. the connection is reliable. Their customer service is great! I only face an occasional long hold time. Their additional services are amazing. You can change your standard T1 over to a VoIP connection. They offer any type of hosting you could want, including system backups. We have multiple locations, so they offer MPLS virtual VPNs between all of our remote sites. Try calling any bell companies and get better support. It will not happen.

Anonymous says: US LEC is without question the WORST company I've ever worked with when it comes to customer service. EVERYTIME I try and get help they always say that no one is available, will create a trouble ticket and will have someone call me back. Not once has anyone EVER called me back and the company I work for that uses them has been with them for 2 years. The last time I tried to get tech support they couldn't even find my account or web domain! They are the absolute worst.
