Pro's: 3rd week using it and I don't have any.
Con's: 3rd week with out consistent phone service.
Anonymous says: My business just switched from Time Warner to DeltaCom and it has been the worst experience of my life. I have had phone service off and on for 3 weeks now, and it is still ongoing. I currently can not dial out long distance, which is a nightmare considering a call out long distance every day. This has really hindered my abillity to conduct business. This is just one experience. I am not sure if every user has horror stories like this, but I wanted to put it out there and inform people of this situation. I also want to reitterate that it has been 3 weeks and my situation has still not been resolved.

Anonymous says: I have used Deltacom for the past two years and have had a positive experience.The price is very competitive and I have never had any service issues.The customer service is okay, not worse than anyone else.I actually recommend them.

Anonymous says: we have 2 of our locations using deltacom. Deltacom wants you to commit to 2-3yr contracts but their pricing & contract structure of very misleading. The cusomer service is very poor. The service is average & I beleive a bit over priced. They have modified their out clause to eaqual the outstanding balnce remainng on the contract. We where told the out clause would equal 3 months of non discounted rates! Very misleading. Good Luck.
