The worst service ever experienced
Anonymous says: Originally I started of with socket internet and when I tried to upgrade their T1 server was overloaded already so I couldn't receive an upgrade and it took them 20 days to tell me that, but it was my phone company(CenturyTel) who was to blame for the wait because they "lost" the first verification and another had to be sent through. Once I found that I couldnt have the upgrade because of socket's server I tried to get set up on centurytel's DSL which was supposed to be set up by the 2nd of February, it is now the 6th of february and i am posting this comment from a library, I have had 3 late papers for my college courses online and I had to go to a person's house that one of my friends know to print off my papers then take them here to the library and retype them email them in to my professor, which is way to much hassle for what was suppose to be a seemless transition. On top of that I have been on hold with CenturyTel's Technichal support for more than 2 hours in 2 days and they wont let me leave them a call back number in case the call drops. That is why this is the worst service I have had in my life.
